Curriculum Expenditures and Savings 2012

Money is tighter this year, so I've had to lower my budget and look a lot harder for used curriculum than the last two years. As with every year, reusing curriculum for the younger students and relying heavily on the library are the two biggest savers in the budget. I also decided to shift gears in Jessie's literature and move from Omnibus back to Teaching the Classics this year for several reasons which I'll detail in a later post. We're in well under our $750 budget leaving plenty of room for extra supplies for science and history that I don't track in as much detail.
